How to use Nugent Score AI 1.0

Use Nugent Score AI 1.0 to calculate Nugent scores for microscopy images. Involves Gram staining, detection of Lactobacillus or Gardnerella vaginalis to identify possible bacterial vaginosis or dysbiosis in the vaginal flora.

From the gallery, open a Nugent Score image. If you have none, download samples.here

Click on the Nugent Score Icon to open the application settings.

Configure the settings to classify bacterial populations under the Nugent scoring system.

Click 'Analyze' to run the AI-based scoring on the microscopy image.

View the analysis results by clicking the notification or opening the generated image in the gallery.

For manual corrections, select 'Show AI correction' at the top-right of the image modal.
