How It Works
-
Upload an Image
Take or upload a clear Petri dish photo via smartphone or PC.
-
Run the App
ZOI VET detects and measures inhibition zones automatically.
-
Enter Details
Input animal species, bacterial name, and antibiotic(s).
-
Get Results
The app classifies AST results (S/I/R) based on CLSI VET01S.
-
Refine if Needed
Manually adjust zone outlines if necessary.
-
Save & Share
Store or share results for further review and collaboration.
Caution When Photographing
- Photograph from directly above.
- Ensure the entire dish is fully visible in the frame.
- Avoid reflections, glare, and shadows for best analysis quality.
- Align the edge of the plate with the shorter side of the image file (the shorter dimension of the image’s width or height).
